Aaron is a litigator and trial advocate for businesses and individuals. With a focus on complex commercial litigation, professional liability matters, asset tracing or fraudulent transfer claims, and probate disputes, he is passionate about helping clients solve their problems through creative and zealous advocacy. Aaron’s skillful dedication has been recognized through awards by Super Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, and 5280 Magazine.

In business disputes, Aaron has the skill and expertise to pursue claims and counterclaims, defend against claims, and obtain successful outcomes. Whether the issues are a breach of contract, fraud, breach of a fiduciary duty, a trade secret or non-compete issue, tortious interference with a commercial relationship, employee or agent disloyalty, usurpation of an opportunity, or the terms of a “business divorce,” he brings both legal acumen and thoughtful attention to evolving business concerns.

With respect to professional liability matters, Aaron has successfully represented clients in legal malpractice and accounting malpractice disputes.

Aaron has significant experience with respect to claims arising under the Colorado Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (also known as the Voidable Transactions Act), which prevents debtors who act to hinder, delay, or defraud their creditors.

In probate litigation, Aaron represents beneficiaries, personal representatives, and creditors of estates, as well as trustees and beneficiaries of trusts. Whether the issue is a contested will, a spousal elective share, a breach of fiduciary duty, or other wrongdoing, Aaron knows that probate litigation often entails great stress and emotional upheaval. He ensures his clients get the legal support they need while compassionately trying to reduce the mental burdens attendant to probate disputes.

Aaron earned cum laude honors during his undergraduate education at Yale, was on the Dean’s List at the Georgetown University Law Center, and previously worked at Sherman & Howard, Jones & Keller, and Keating Wagner Polidori Free. He is an avid soccer player, skier, and cyclist, and has officiated eleven weddings. Born and raised in Denver, Aaron has served and has significant connections to numerous local organizations and his pro bono representations have touched on various matters of public interest. When not helping clients, Aaron tries to keep up, alongside his wife, with his son and daughter.
