Prosecutors have announced that no charges will be filed following a road rage incident in Larimer County, which left one man dead. The defendant, represented by attorney Drew Eddy, was found to have acted in self-defense during the altercation. “Cases like this move very fast, and it’s important to have an attorney who understands the system and how it works,” said Doug Richards, partner and co-founder of Richards Carrington. “They can take action immediately to make sure any charges that might be coming are dropped. Drew’s a great attorney, so we’re not surprised by the prosecutors’ announcement.”
