Boulder Daily Camera Interview: Lindsay Richardson Urges Caution in UC Sexual Assault Investigation
As campus protests mounted at the University of Colorado Boulder following the arrest of a male student for an off-campus sexual assault, Boulder Daily Camera reporter Madeline St. Amour spoke with Richards Carrington’s Lindsay Richardson about the legal and administrative challenges that high-profile cases present for school administrators. “The rush to judgment is really dangerous,” she told the Daily Camera. “It threatens the semblance of our whole idea and foundation of due process.”
