A seasoned litigator and trusted advisor, Aaron represents both businesses and individuals in high-stakes disputes. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, professional liability matters, asset tracing and fraudulent transfer claims, and contested probate matters. Known for his creative strategies and zealous advocacy, Aaron has earned consistent recognition from Super Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, and 5280 Magazine for his excellence in litigation.

“Aaron’s depth of experience, exceptional judgment, and commitment to client service make him a natural fit for our firm,” said partner Chris Carrington. “We’re thrilled to welcome him to Richards Carrington and excited about the value he brings to our clients and our team.”

Aaron’s broad civil litigation experience includes handling intricate business disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret claims, tortious interference, and corporate breakups. He is also well-versed in professional liability cases, having successfully defended clients in both legal and accounting malpractice matters.

Additionally, Aaron is a recognized authority on claims under the Colorado Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (Voidable Transactions Act), often representing clients in cases involving efforts to hinder, delay, or defraud creditors. In probate litigation, he serves beneficiaries, personal representatives, and trustees in emotionally charged disputes involving contested wills, elective share claims, and fiduciary misconduct.

Prior to joining Richards Carrington, he practiced with leading Colorado firms, including Sherman & Howard, Jones & Keller, and Keating Wagner Polidori Free.

Beyond his legal practice, Aaron is active in the local community, has handled numerous pro bono matters of public interest. Richard Carrington is honored to have Aaron as part of the team.
