With experience that includes membership on the U.S. District Court’s Committee on Conduct, and coupled with its vast litigation and trial experience, Richards Carrington also represents law firms, lawyers, and even judicial officers in every type of dispute that arises from the practice of law, including legal malpractice defense (litigation and transactional malpractice), sanctions, disqualification challenges, fee disputes, and ethical proceedings.
