Melissa Enriquez is a dedicated litigation paralegal at Richards Carrington, LLC, bringing a versatile skill set and experience in employment, labor, defense medical malpractice, and oil and gas law. She excels in all litigation phases, from discovery to trials, leveraging advanced E-Discovery tools (Relativity, Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER) and precise document management to support attorneys and clients.  

Previously, she served as a litigation paralegal at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and Delaney Wiles, Inc. in Anchorage, Alaska, after researching energy policy for the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources. Raised in a military family with experience in four countries and seven states, Melissa brings adaptability and a global perspective to her work.
