Dianna Matsuda’s legal background covers more than 23 years as a paralegal in both the civil and criminal litigation arenas. After graduating from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, Dianna received her paralegal certificate from the Denver Paralegal Institute in 1991. Since then, she has worked as a paralegal on complex civil litigation cases, government contracts cases and labor and employment cases. Dianna has over 14 years experience working on criminal defense cases both at the state and federal levels. She has prepared for and assisted at trials and is knowledgeable of the local and federal procedures as they pertain to criminal law.

Dianna has assisted in cases involving the defense of a Qwest executive in a federal indictment, the acquittal of a defendant charged with twelve counts of COCCA and white collar crimes in Denver County District Court, representation of the Klebold family during the investigation surrounding the Columbine High School shooting, and assistance at various trials in multiple counties involving first- and second-degree murder charges.
